  • If you change your mind after purchasing any product, system or service please let us know immediately as all items are ordered in specifically when purchased and are tailored to each customers needs. If your item has all ready been ordered by the time you contact us we may not be able to cancel your order and will therefore have to charage a restock fee of 25%. 

    If your product arrives damaged or if parts are missing please contact us immediately with detailed photos of the delivery so that we are able to dispute the case with the delivery company. 

    If your item develops a fault within the first 12 months of your warranty period please contact technical support who will be able to assist you further. In the event that an item has to be returned due to a fault you are responsible for the initial return postage costs and relivant insurance. Once the item has been received and inspected by our technical department and determine faulty full postage costs will be refunded and a repair or replacement will be issued.
